Anti-Bribery and Conflict of Interest Policy

FVR rejects every form of bribery, extortion, kickback and conflict of interest. Policy aligned with ISO 37001:2016.

1Statement

FVR rejects every form of bribery, extortion, kickback and conflict of interest in its activities. This policy is compatible with ISO 37001:2016.

2Scope

In-house personnel, contractors, internal auditors, subcontracted external auditors, assessors, committee members, suppliers with access, and shareholders. Applies in every jurisdiction where FVR operates.

3Prohibitions

  1. Accepting money, gifts, travel, hospitality, job offers or any benefit exceeding token value (USD 50 cumulative per year per counterparty).
  2. Offering bribes or facilitation payments to public or private officials.
  3. Accepting commissions from consultants or suppliers.
  4. Requesting preferential treatment for family members or related parties.
  5. Political donations on behalf of FVR.
  6. Sponsorship by clients of personal events of personnel.

4Conflict of interest declaration

Mandatory:

  • When personnel join
  • Every 3 years (renewal, bundled with contract and policy renewal)
  • Before each assigned audit/assessment (per-event mechanism)
  • On any change of circumstance (a relative's new employment, an investment, etc.)

5Whistleblowing channel

  • Confidential email: support@fvr.mx
  • Anonymous inbox on the website
  • Whistleblower protection: no employment or legal retaliation
  • Investigated by the Impartiality Safeguarding Committee

7Investigation

Every report is investigated within 30 days. Results go to the Safeguarding Committee + Executive Management + Technical Management. Disciplinary and/or legal action follows according to severity.
