What payment methods do you accept?
Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay. For the Teams plan we also accept bank transfer.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes. We issue an electronic invoice (CFDI) in Mexico. For the U.S. and other countries we issue a standard invoice.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time. If you switch from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current period.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the paid period. Issued certificates may be revoked if you stop meeting our Continuity Policy — an active subscription is a condition of validity. See the full policy for details and timeframes.
