What payment methods do you accept?
Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay. For the Teams plan we also accept bank transfer.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes. We issue an electronic invoice (CFDI) in Mexico. For the U.S. and other countries we issue a standard invoice.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time. All plans are monthly.
What happens if I cancel?
The subscription has a minimum term of 12 calendar months, counted from the certification decision. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period; your certificate is suspended for a 30-calendar-day grace period and, if you don't reactivate, it is withdrawn. Once the 12 months are completed, an active subscription remains a condition of validity. See the Certificate Term Policy for details and timeframes.
