Certification Service Terms and Conditions

FVR provides certification services under two independent schemes:

• People — professional competence under ISO/IEC 17024.
• Companies — organizational management systems under ISO/IEC 17021-1.

• Provide truthful and complete information required for the process.
• Meet the technical criteria of the applicable scheme.
• Keep the corresponding fees up to date.
• Comply with the Code of Ethics for Certified Professionals (people) or the scheme rules (companies).
• Give timely notice of any material change affecting the certification.

• Operate with impartiality, confidentiality and independence.
• Issue decisions based on objective evidence.
• Maintain an open channel for complaints and appeals.
• Comply with the requirements of the applicable accreditation standard.
