FVR™ Manifesto

The beliefs that guide every decision.

Not marketing. The ethical, technical and commercial foundation of how FVR™ operates every day — across personal competence certification (17024) and management systems certification (17021-1).

What we stand for

Three sentences. What a certificate really costs.

The invoice is the cheap part.

  1. 01The invoice covers the audit. The certificate is paid in evidence.
  2. 02No one is certified for showing up. Or for paying.
  3. 03If it were easy, it would be worth nothing.
Three cross-line commitments

How we deliver on both lines.

Applies to professional competence certification (17024) and management system certification (17021-1).

01

Agility

Agile audit and competence-certification processes. Digital platform, AI across every flow, human-validated response. Without the wait times inherited from the old model.

02

Transparency with accreditations

A certificate is worth as much as the chain that backs it, not as much as the commercial history of whoever issues it. We operate under ISO/IEC 17024 and 17021-1 with an MLA-signatory body. Accreditation is granted scheme by scheme, and we publish which ones already hold it and which are still in process, along with schemes, policies, procedures and decisions.

03

Value over price

We always deliver more than it costs. Validated pre-recorded digital content, QR-verified evaluation, globally verifiable certificate, accessible subscription. No surprises. No hidden costs.

Technical principles

What the standards demand — and we operate.

Impartiality, independence and confidentiality are not slogans. They are verifiable requirements audited by the accreditation body.

01

Competence is demonstrated. Not declared.

A certificate is not awarded for attendance, seniority or commercial relationship. It is awarded when the person or organization demonstrates what the standard requires.

02

Independence is a system, not a promise.

Written in public policies, verified by an annual impartiality risk analysis, defended by a safeguarding committee with binding vote.

03

Impartiality is not an opinion, it is built.

Conflict declarations before every audit, functional separation of roles between content generation, evaluation and certification decision.

04

Decisions are based on objective evidence.

Not on relationships, not on commercial pressures, not on political commitments. Without objective evidence there is no favorable decision. Every decision is reviewed by someone independent of the auditor.

05

What is public must be public.

Schemes, policies, complaint procedures, revocation decisions, scope of accreditation. Everything published openly. No asterisks, no fine print.

06

Digital is the chance to do it right.

24/7 platform, competence-based evaluation, instant certificate, globally verifiable QR. Technology raises the rigor; it does not replace it.
